Spectrum
has recently completed an assignment from the Ministry of
Commerce (Government of India) successfully. The project was
to prepare a draft legislation that would enable Electronic
Data Interchange and Electronic Commerce (EDI/EC) transactions
with full legal underpinning. Spectrum worked together with a
team of three eminent US-based firms viz., Baker &
McKenzie, Jones Jain and Greenberg Traurig. |
